I ve been there only once but i would like to mention the kindness of the staff here . Independent coffee that you are happy to spend your money at ! I definitely recommend it to my friends . Good products and we love their kindness !
Fosters is my favorite place to go!! Their iced lattes (w/ oat milk and vanilla) are SO GOOD. Their bacon & egg sandwich is always SOO GOOOD. and their service is even better. Definitely 10/10 all around.

I came here on a visit from NYC with some local friends to enjoy lattes in the park down the street. I ordered a cinnamon oat latte of some sort, which isn't listed on their online menu. Bur I believe it was a special holiday flavor. It tasted very "fall-y" and the oat milk accented the other flavors well. The line was pretty quick and the employees were so friendly, efficient, and happy! It's a pretty big café with a lot of seating but when we went around 5 PM on a Sunday, it was packed with people quietly doing work on their laptops. Next time I'm back in NC, I'll visit for some afternoon caffeine.
Amazing little place. This cute little coffee shop was so welcoming with it's quaint character. First time going, and I'll definitely go back. The barista was all smiles and the sweetest.
Very dog friendly! Highest recommendation! Excellent atmosphere and service. Found a spot to sit immediately, it was dog and human friendly. Croissant was delicious and coffee tasted great! Outside and inside seating available. Good bathrooms. Easy and save walking access. Great and save neighborhood.
Fosters Coffee ☕️ is the bomb! I use to think another spot was better but their service sucks at the main location so I started going to Fosters. Recently I’ve been trying all of their board suggested coffees like a Strawberry Latte that benefited a local school! I add an extra shot of espresso, Oak Milk and it was magical!!! Like who knew Strawberries 🍓 & Coffee would pair so well. So good I barely made it to the car and it was gone. I also tired their Cold Brew with Lavender syrup and that was yummy too. My go to is a Chai Tea Latte with 2 shots of espresso or a Mocha Latte w/ extra shot and Vanilla. Everything I’ve had there is good 😊 the only thing I dislike about this place is there is NEVER anywhere to just enjoy your coffee. There are WAY TO MANY PEOPLE using the place as their home office. I wish they’d limit the time you can work in the space. Because it’s decorated so nice and creative with the coffee photos (my favorite by far is the Jude & Ewan in the bathroom.) It’s so hard to find a coffee spot that is real coffee house style that promotes moments to enjoy the coffee with friends or relax. But the coffee is a MUST!
Had a great iced latte, sat outside to drink it while I ate my breakfast burrito and accidentally knocked my coffee off the table. A staff member noticed and kindly offered to replace my drink even though it was my own fault. Great service and great coffee, thank you!
Nice place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and a bit of breakfast. We had the Mexican Mochi and a waffle 🧇. Both were delicious. Friendly staff and parking validation make this a go to spot for us.
Favorite coffee shop in Durham with the best drip coffee and wonderful crafted drinks + great tasting affordable food. Not pretentious, but high quality. We also love that they’re dog friendly and their catering options are awesome. Always on time, always kind, always delish.
